SIMPLE GOLF 3 SWING ROTATION DRILL FOR CONSISTENCY
3 simple drills to help you understand how the body moves and how to create body turn during the backswing. I separate the video into 3 drills that will allow you to explore during your practice which drill is best for you and then apply that to your swing out on the golf course. If we can create a better body turn with the arms and the body matched up we are able to create consistency and power out on the golf course.
